NG+ What does it offer?

What do you really get from NG+ besides a faster death from harder monsters?

If you're in NG+ it may not be a problem. What does that mean though?

If someone stays a low level and beats the game, can they grief others since they are in NG+ and soul memory no longer counts? Do both people need to be in NG+? If you want to help people, are you forced to go into NG+ in order to do so?

does money carry over as well on NG+ or just what weapons you had?

 

You get more Dark Souls. What else do you need?

 

If you're building a character, you get more souls for killing enemies, which helps you to level up yourself and your gear and buy more items. Beyond that, you get more difficulty.

 

And you also get the chance to re-acquire boss souls to make more special weapons. In some cases, you can make more than one special weapon with the same boss soul, but you obviously need to kill that boss again, which is only possible through NG+ plays.

You need to get to at least NG++ to get all possible boss souls necessary to make all the special weapons.
