    For the past three weeks, any one who had purchased NFS Heat knows that if you have an XBox One, you can't play the game because it won't launch. EA has done nothing to resolve this issue (because they're EA and they don't care about consumers). I have
    been following the EA forums regarding this issue and there is not a solution. I contacted EA today by phone and the woman I spoke to (who was very nice btw), told me EA has known about the issue for 3 to 4 days now (which is a just a lie) and they have finally
    determined this is a Microsoft issue, and not an EA issue (even though they're the ones that provided the update to the game). She also explained the gaming division has contacted Microsoft about this issue and there should be a resolution ASAP. This basically
    translates to, Microsoft, one of (if not the biggest) the largest software companies in the world is being told by EA, one of (if not the biggest) the largest gaming software companies in the world, that this is Microsoft's fault the game won't work. This
    also translates to the consumers who have purchased the game, will suffer while these to complain about who's at fault back and forth to each other. All the while, you and me, lose the money we spent on this game. This is without a doubt the last game I
    ever purchase from EA. Thanks to both Microsoft and EA for completely ignoring this issue!

    I had the game over few months when i find our everyone had this problem i started have same problem then it kick me out my Account had a long time get back in to Account the was long i cant steal play my game with White screen pushing the A button I would

    That's great if you own a physical disc. Doesn't help with digi copies.

    hi hope this WILL WORK!~ when i just bought the game feb 28th i was so disapointed why it wont go past splash page.... and let you press A to start the thing. HERES how to get it on 100 percent! dis-connect the internet cable to your x
    box 1 or which ever model of x box you own. do a hard re-set. hold your finger on the on off button on the console, for 10 sec. then turn the x box back on again.. DONT PLUG THE INTERNET CABLE IN YET TO THE CONSOLE..... then open the x box to need for speed
    heat.. it will let you now press the A button.. to get started.. follow the prompts, WHEN IT COMES TO THERES NO INTERNET then plug your internet back into the console. and you will be good to go... happy racing! its a great game from what i see so far!
    Why it no work for me？Can you tell me the details of what you solve this problem?

    Your means is don't connect the Internet and enter the game?

    I‘ve aready to reboot my Xbox console,and try it offline.
