NFL Gamepass on Xbox One... Issue logging in to watch games

+1 As far as I’m concerned, this is a serious issue. www.nfl.com/gamepass presently displays a feature banner saying “NOW AVAILABLE ON XBOX ONE AND XBOX 360” which is a flat out lie. I have an Xbox One. I have paid for GamePass due to the promise of watching
it on my TV via Xbox. The NFL app does not support or mention Game Pass at all.

It’s absolutely false advertising and I’m not happy. Watching sports on your phone is rubbish – I want the service I was promised (and is still being promised) by nfl.com

With all of the bluster and back-slapping over the NFL/Microsoft partnership, I'm completely mystified as to why this hasn't been sorted out by now. It's a huge let down.

I just received the following from NFL Gamepass EU support:

Hi Mikkel, Thank you for contacting us. We would like to inform you that the NFL Xbox app is available in the following countries:

- Austria - Germany - Spain - France - UK - Italy - Netherlands - Ireland

NFL App on Xbox One is in market and allows GP Europe users to watch live games and VOD games. Best regards, NFL Game Pass Support Team

So apparently they think Europe consists only of those 8 countries.

Rather disappointing I think.

I am having the same problem. It was working for me on Tuesday but has not worked since. I can't watch NFL Network Live or any of the games.

The Xbox ONE, Android and Windows Phone App will not show live content.

Games and NFL Network are only working in a browser on a PC.

Same problem, PC is fine will not log in on xbox one

Is it true that GamePass is not supported on Xbox 360? Is it supported on Xbox One? It is NOT part of the NFL app. Sunday Ticket is....however GamePass is not.

I seriously doubt you can watch all games that are aired, unless you have DirecTV and NFL Sunday Ticket. The NFL is not going to let people just watch every NFL game through an app on a video game console without the ones watching it paying for something
like NFL Sunday Ticket.
