    NFL app not working on Xbox series x


    I installed the NFL app on my Xbox series x, but it wasn’t working. The NFL logo would appear, but then the screen would just go blank - all white, no error message.

    I came here to search for an answer but previous questions were not helpful, they simply directed the user to contact NFL.com.

    On a hunch, I signed in to Microsoft Edge on my Xbox, which I had not previously set up. And viola, the app started working.
