NFL App - Authorizing NFL network with your cable carrier authorization code

Using the NFL app on my XBox One, I go to settings and select TV Provider to sign in and get access to the NFL Network. It tells me to go to a http address to key in "the activation code below" but the box below is a blank white box....no code to key in.
Anyone know how to fix this and get access?

If you have NFL Network in your cable package, you can watch the actual NFL Network via the app if your provider is an affiliate.

Time Warner on NFL App

Actually if you mean in order to view NFL network content, you need a provider that carries the NFL network channel.

"To view NFL Network content users must have a television service provider that carries the NFL Network channel."

Can you open the link on a PC to get the code. It could be a bug in the page if your opening it on your Xbox.

I can get the code using my smart phone but the problem is it authorizes my phone and not the XBox to watch.

Can you open the link on a PC to get the code. It could be a bug in the page if your opening it on your Xbox.

Another side note: for whatever reason, the app doesn't allow Dish Network accounts to authorize NFL Network and NFL RedZone, even though I pay for both channels through that.

It used to have Dish Network, I believe. But not anymore.

This does not work and I doubt it is working for you either. You would not immediately hear NFL Network start as you say. What you might have heard was NFL Now which is very different. NFL Now is on the main screen of the app and immediately plays when
the app is launched. NFL Now is a series of current video clips of sports reporters about 3 minutes each. Look at the menus at the bottom of the screen when you launch the app. The NFL Network is the live broadcast the NFL Network channel the same as what
is currently being broadcasted on your cable TV. The NFL Network is on page two after selecting Channel Guide from the bottom menu of the main screen/page one. NFL Network plays on my Xbox 360, but not on my Xbox One.
