    When is the next major backwards compatibility update gonna hit? I've been waiting for the Armored Core series to pop up, but all I see are indie games that no one has ever heard of.

    Red dead backwards comp....and Red dead 2 announced. Also, another stand-alone Elder Scrolls (skyrim back comp too).

    Its not for signing up, its because ELITE screwed up, AGAIN and cant even hold the challenge/comp until a let date. This ELITE program is really turning into a major joke.

    They are not doing those in groups any longer. As they become ready they are releasing them to the community. Here a link to the BC games and it is maintained as they are released. majornelson.com/.../xbox-one-backward-compatibility

    I'm hoping that the BC comes to windows 10, as Xbox One is basically running windows 10 and it looks like all these BC games are just apps running in a emulator! That would be so cool

    The backwards compatibility program has ended and there will be no more games added at this time. When the new Xbox release they will continue the back comp program for the next generation. You might reach out to the developers of the game and let them
    know your interest in the game coming to back comp next generation.
