    Next gen xbox sign in


    I am switching to a next gen xbox and I am having trouble signing in on one of my accounts. The account I am switching to seems to have a deleted Microsoft account. However when submitting the account recovery form, the email associated with the account seems to not be linked, but on my old Xbox, the email is said to be linked. I have checked spelling multiple times, what should I do?

    thanks for the quick reply. I know this was the case for current gen xbox’s. I was wondering if anything changed with next gen. because it seems like you can be signed in at the home screen at the same time just unsure if you can play games.

    Similar issue, first my picture and xbox points wasnt showing up, then I couldnt sign in and now I cant play anything because it says that Im not signed in. Its a joke. Changing to PS next gen.
