    Next Cut Scene Won't Load in Campaign Preventing Further Progress


    Hi All,

    I've been having a lot of fun playing ROTTR recently on Steam but haven't been able to progress further since I can't leave nor finish the Abandoned Mines part of the campaign. When I try to zip line onto the crane, I
    fall to my death. I've tried pressing 'c' and 'e' to interact with the crane but from other people's videos online, it looks like Lara should grab onto the crane automatically, triggering a cut scene. Below is a video of what happens to me.
    I'd be happy to learn that I am doing something wrong control-wise and need to press different keys or act differently, but it seems like this may be a glitch in the game itself. If so, is there any way to revert to the previous level or the beginning of
    this one without a save that far back? I know there is a way on the Xbox, but I play on PC.

    Saints Row 4 - quest "Matt's Back" crash

    Game crashes every time on this quest, after the cut scene. I've tried it 3 times.

    It seems like this was also an issue in past verions of the game.

    Can't progress any further in the game, since this is a primary quest.

    Does downloading and installing games on an external hard drive slow down the games?

    Hi everyone. So I bought Gears Of War Ultimate Edition and whenever it played a cuts scene, the cut scene would skip a lot. This happened with the opening cut scene and the ones in the campaign but the rest of the game ran fine. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled
    it but it did the same thing. I thought I would see if it ran better if I moved the data to the internal hard drive and it did. The opening cut scene did not skip at all. Haven't played campaign since I made the move with the data so I don't know if the campaign
    cut scenes will have stopped skipping yet.

    Now I also had the cut scene skipping problem on Far Cry 4, which I am now going to have moved to my internal hard drive so hopefully that won't happen again. I wanted to know though, is this a common problem? Is there any way to make sure a game plays correctly
    on an external hard drive or does the Xbox One have problems correctly transferring data to an external hard drive? Or I guess just have problems playing cut scenes from an external hard drive. Also I am using a Toshiba Canvio Basics1 TB hard drive, if that
    makes any difference.

    Correct. The op would never survive the cut scenes (cinemas) in Max Payne 3. Some are over 3-5 minutes even with the game installed! Some of the longest loading times I have ever seen in a 360 game.

    Bernie was in the game cut scenes for Gears 3 as well as the Onxy guard, they later because DLC. I know she won't be playable in campaign but is a cameo possible? Anyway just idol thoughts while board at work.

    I thought the game was using the cut scenes to load the areas.



    I'll keep an eye out for that bar code in the future when replaying.

    The cut scenes are the game's loading screens. If you watch the bottom left corner you'll see the barcode loading icon. Once it stops loading you can hit B to skip the rest of the scene.
