Newsletter/reward emails.

Thank you for contacting forum support.

Once an account unsubscribes from promotions on the Microsoft web site (Manage communication permissions) they will not be able to be re-applied.

you may see a message saying: " You are not signed up for any Microsoft communications. But you might still receive required communications like billing info or security notifications from any Microsoft services you're using."

I recommend to check your recent promotional email(s) from your inbox and see if there is an option to "Subscribe".

Try to subscribe to the emails and see if you receive promotions in the future.

I am having the same problem and someone from the support team was not helpful at all. I unintentionally unchecked all 3 boxes and now there's no option to add them back. It was for rewards, promotions, and something else. I would like to still
receive the emails but there is no option to do so

happy im not the only one..

Thank you for responding back so quickly. Please make sure you're logged into the account with the email you want to receive the emails on. Unfortunately you can not change the emails. You need to log into that email at our
Website. Please let us know how it goes.

Step 2. Go to your info

Step 3. Click on Contact Info

Step 4. Click on manage communication permissions

yeah, that's where I was

but after i removed them

from my old email..

it wont give me any check box(s)

to check for my new email.

their were like 3 things to check
