Newly purchased gift card had been redeemed

Hi. I’m having a similar problem. I purchased a gift card from GameStop online, but when I tried to redeem it, it said the card had already been redeemed, even though I had literally just purchased the card a few moments before trying to redeem it. I contacted GameStop, and they said to contact Xbox. What do I do?

But it did not answer my question.

The recipient of this gift card was Alicia Scott who reported that it had already been redeemed before she received it .

I need to know when this gift card was redeemed please?

If you have enough Microsoft reward points, then you need to redeem the reward points for Xbox/Microsoft Gift Cards on the redeem page of Microsoft rewards. Then once the gift card codes have been emailed to you, then you can redeem those gift card codes on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/redeem Once you have enough money from the Xbox Gift Cards, you can then purchase Minecraft from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Store (depending on which version you want).

Refunds are not available for gift cards once they are redeemed. There is nothing that can be done. You also purchased from GAME and redeemed the vbucks on epic games store, so it should have been them that you talk to as the transaction had nothing to do with Microsoft.
