    Newly purchased amp not available.


    Just purchased a bunch of amps and exited back into the game. I then attempted to exit one of the hero amps and the character screen is showing a new one available. I looked through all my available amps and nothing is showing as new and the melee amp
    I purchased is not there to be selected. It is still showing a new amp is available but I can't find it to select it. Any ideas?

    Microsoft Jigsaw downloads

    I was unable to resolve the sign-in issues despite numerous attempts. However, upon installation of Build 10030 my Solitaire signed in without issue. Microsoft Jigsaw also signed in correctly but the 2 newly purchased collections were not available for download,
    although all the other of my previous collections downloaded without incident... any suggestions?

    Missing RB2 export and bonus tracks

    I have owned and played Rock Band 1,2,3 on Xbox360 and have exported 1 and 2 into 3 which should make me eligible for export into RB4 on my newly purchased Xbox one however only RB1 and 3 are available and my 20 bonus tracks from RB2 are not showing either.

    Ive got the same issue its saying ive a new character amp but ive gone through them all the new disapears when I go to map but on returning to the amp section the new is back there again not sure why.

    The account migration tool is not available for all countries. It's only available for the 9 newly added countries to Live. It is not available to change your region in the US and Canada.

    You can't. The region migration tool is only available for the 9 newly added countries to Live.
