Newest Xbox update has broken my Xbox one

my xbox has been freezing since the newest live update, has anyone else had this problem since the newest update?

The Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10 has the newest driver (there's no firmware update in Xbox Accessories app) and the Xbox Series controller has the newest firmware (updated via Xbox Accessories app). Didn't help.

Does that mean then, that the newest update will not come on it?

I mean if the factory reset through Offline doesn't work.

Might mean that it won't get new update too.

Or it might be the broken hard drive?

What do you think about it?

I got the Xbox One S from someone, and I didn't know that it might be broken or so.

All I know is that it's not banned and that someone used it also for browsing and so.

And that actually it is not under warranty anymore, which is obvious I guess.

As a heads up, my 360 is a launch version and like you, all I have ever done over the years is upgrade the hard drive. I didn't have any problems with the update though. Try taking the hard drive off and starting the 360 to see if it boots up. If it does
boot up, turn off the 360, reattach the hard drive and see if it again will boot up. If it doesn't boot, it's safe to say the issue is somewhere with the hard drive.

Great bit of advise there mate. I've simply unpluged the HD and it booted up fine. Plugged the HD back in and its launching to the dashboard!
