If you purchase games and download them through the Gold membership on Xbox one can you play them offline or when the membership expires ?

Netflix

Newbie here. I have the trial gold membership. I can't get my Netflix or Zune pass to work, just keeps returning to upgrade to xbox live gold or sign in to existing account screen. Do I need to purchase the gold membership before these services will work?

As long as it is a paid game yes

Any games with gold for xbox one has to have an active membershio attached to it

360 doesn't have that restriction

So I get to keep the game but I need to keep the subscription to play the games I paid for ?

If you paid for the games you get to keep them even if your subscription runs out. If they are the free games with gold games, you have to keep a gold subscription in order to play them.
