NEWBIE HELP

Bought my son an xbox one for Christmas.

We don't feel like we are using the Xbox one to it's capacity-

Silly question-if we have 2 controllers is it possible for 2 players to play any of the games?

Yes. Take the 2nd controller and sign into a guest account. That should do the trick

Yes you can do this if you have a second controller connected to the Xbox One. However, the game must have a built in co-op game option in order for a second player to join in. Guacamelee is a Free game for gold members for example, you can have a second
person jump in and play with you in that game (when it prompts you, that is.)

You may check physical copies of games by looking at the back of the product box, it will display single player (local) and muilitplayer options. Same in the Xbox Store, you will see how many players can play at a single time.

Yes Lich Valkyrie is right, depends on the Games!

NOTE: some Games like Powerstar Golf which are "round based", which you can also Play 2 Player with only 1 Controller. If you have just 1 Controller, you can pass the Controller to your neighboor and Kinect should recognize that now a other guy is playing.

(Needs Setup of Kinect and perhaps also a second account) I^ve only tried it once.
