    Hi I am a UK user, I have purchased a new XboxS & cannot see 50000 reward points added to my account.

    I spoke to customer services and instructed me to post the question on here and that this would be resolved here.

    No rewards points for purchase of new xbox

    I purchased a new Xbox one s on Dec15th and have yet to receive the 50000 rewards points for doing so as a gold member

    I received the email offer of 50000 rewards points for buying a new Xbox One from the Microsoft Store. At the time, I didn't realize that they were Xbox Rewards and no Microsoft Rewards. I have since signed up with Xbox Rewards and am wondering if/when I'm
    going to receive my points. Thanks.

    We do not see a console purchase from MicrosoftStore.com for your account. Only purchases from MicrosoftStore.com are eligible for this offer. Furthermore, you were not selected for the 50,000 Credit offer. If you had been, you would be able to see the offer
    on your MyMissions page while logged in to the Rewards site, and the offer page would contain your code for free expedited shipping.

    We see that you were selected for the Xbox 360 to Xbox One upgrade offer for Gold Members. If you purchased a console within the offer period described on the MyMissions page, you should expect the Credits to appear as pending within 15 days of your shipping
    date. Keep in mind this offer is only for purchases made from MicrosoftStore.com.

    Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

    Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.

    From the FAQ for that offer:





    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    Your 50,000 Rewards Credits should appear as pending within 15 days of your console’s shipping date.





    Since your purchase was made recently, it is too early for those Credits to appear as pending.
