    I am trying to add my old profile to my new Xbox I enter the email for the profile the stage is suppose to password to the profile but I enter email and next comes up like I am creating a new profile

    The xbox one x won't let me add an account, and neither will my 2 old xbox ones. All do the grey screen.

    The old xboxes say the new update went through. The xbox one x says the same, the update happened the same time my xboxes stopped letting me add my profile. Does that mean all 3 will need this offline update?

    Owning two different Xbox ones

    Just add the original profile onto the new Xbox and then create a new profile fir yourself on the new Xbox and make the broken Xbox the Home Console and you can share games plus Xbox Live over both consoles as long as they are bought digitally

    Also you can add your new profile to the broken Xbox if you wish you can have the old profile and new profile on both Xbox's

    Have you tryed transfering your gamertag/profile (with an usb flashdrive) from your old xbox to your new xbox. This way you won't have to download your profile .
