    I'm loving my new headset and I'd like to use it on my pc as well but I don't have Bluetooth on it. Can anyone recommend a non-expensive bluetooth dongle that would work best with the headset? I have Windows 10

    Is the headset switched to Xbox mode? The new Microsoft bluetooth/xbox wireless headsets work in either bluetooth or xbox mode, but not both at the same time. You need to make sure it's in Xbox mode to pair it with your Xbox console.

    dont know buddy dont use bluebooth or wireless headsets, try going back into the shop where you got it from and the will give you a new one, and if the new one not working buy a new headset wired its the best to go buy if you want a bluetooth headset go

    Turtle Beach and other headset manufacturers are working with MS to put out adapters that will make you able to use your new/old wireless/wired headsets. I think turtle beach will also be releasing new wireless headsets as well. I believe the dates they
    are giving for the new headsets and adapters is February.
