    I’m in alpha build testing the new store and I’ve been sitting here trying to load the Xbox store cart for 20 minutes

    Customer support

    There is a way to get the phone number for customer support. Add a item to cart and go to basket/trolley you can see a phone number in there.

    Why can’t i get a game that is 75$ with $89 with my Microsoft funds on xbox?

    I found out a way : ). U put the game in basket. Then u can install it YAY. Xbox you need to fix your store. Because when i put it in basket i works but not buying individually.

    If worse comes to worse, import from Amazon US. I had to import from Amazon UK before, just a little extra on shipping but not too bad. Plus you learn new things like the "Cart" is called the "Basket" and "Shipping" is "Dispatch". LOL, english, such a weird
    language.

    That means bhas been returned to your account, so the purchase wasn't completed, you have the money in your payment method
