New Xbox setting up problems, 3 days of updating and still not able to use it

I don't think the other people who replied understand what you are asking because I'm having the same problem. My brand new Xbox One S is going to sleep/turning off DURING the straight out the box initial set up update. Not AFTER it's fully downloaded the
update and it auto restarts. And when I turn the Xbox one back on, the initial set up update starts over. You can't get to the settings yet to set it to download even when the console is off/sleep because it can't get past the initial set up update. Nobody
has time to sit in front of the TV for hours, wiggling the controller sticks every 5 mins to keep the controller/Console from going to sleep partially through the Initial setup update and having to start over. It's been 3 days and I haven't been able to play
one single game yet on my new Xbox One S. Is there any way to prevent this?

I tried to login into my Microsoft account for 3 days now and it still says that there was an error or something. I just want to be able to play on the new update for Ps4.

It is a brand new Xbox One S. So I am not able to use it at all until I "update" it (Step 1 of 3).

I obviously am not able to get to the dashboard, as it has not been set up.

It is connected to the internet, no issues there.

It got to 56% of the update, then stopped. That's where it showed the error code. And of course it said to go to the website, which did not have the code.

Here's the kicker. I have the same problem with Xbox One fitness, the splash screen with the dots and then nothing. I called support not about fitness but about my lost gold subscription. So they gave me a new code so I got back my gold subscription and
somehow made Fitness work again. So I was able to do my workout that day. The next day the console said Fitness needs to update so I did and it stopped working again after the update. I gave up. I called support again and they offered me that for $14.95 they'll
send me a new console in 3 days but I have to send back my first console else they'll charge me 500 bucks if they don't get it in 14 days. All shipping is on MS via UPS. I got the console in 2 days, (yey! I'm excited to get back to my Mossa workouts) I set
it up and voila! STILL THE SAME PROBLEM

there a loads on the forum for the preview my cuz did his update and now everytime his in a game a box pops up asking him to set up kinect iv tried everything. what annoys me if i told microsoft this 3 days ago 48 hours later they release the update to the
public why do that when they new there was still major bugs
