New Xbox Series X wifi connection problem on TPlink router

Hello, first want to notice that i had done everything wirtten within the wifi problem on xbox on Microsoft site.

I have a TPLink router and when it connects via wifi it doesn't word, the test on console is showing only that packets are downloaded but there is no upload (upoload test 0).

- On cable works fine but where the consol should be placed in my house there is no possibility to have a cable, WIFI only

- Other devices works fine (mobiles, pc, laptops, fridge) no issues, just with new xbox

- Disconnected all wifi devices by changing the password on wifi and left only the console, no difference xbox is not uploading any data (upload test 0).

Upload is working from time to time for a short period of time after reseting wifi connection on xbox, or restarting the xbox.

Please resolve the problem or provide a guide different than allready provided on Microsoft site regarding xbox wifi issue cause the console right now is useless.

or provide me the name and model of router that the xbox is working fine with, ill buy it.

My xbox one x is hardwired and is already connected... its older xbox one that is wireless and cant connect... I would hardwire it but it's set up on other side of my place... other systems and devices connect to new wifi router no problem... its just
my old xbox cant connect to new wifi router

I have the same issue.

Controller and headset both disconnect or have some sort interference. Never had a problem on my Xbox One or Series S. But the problem is persistent on Series X.

Have tried all sorts of things like disabling all wifi and getting a new router. Nothing helps.

I have had similar problems with my sons series x dropping internet connection and the only way of curing this was connecting the console directly to the router with an Ethernet Cable. It now works with no issues. I hope this helps.

And to add my sons Xbox one worked perfectly on our WiFi with no issues but the series x has issues, I’ve no idea why it has these issues but the cable sorted it.

Can you try connecting direct to the router (as a test) and bypass the TPLink homeplugs
