    I have just brought the xbox series x and downloaded my profile, i have been through many xboxs this years due to upgrading. I finally got my hands ina xbox series x i used my exception switch two weeks ago in the xbox one X, so i cant access my games on
    the new series X console now, which is horrible

    please if someone can help me

    Are you talking about the Xbox One X or the Xbox Series X?

    If it's for the Xbox One X, I am not sure. However, there are a few articles on the google news page from two days ago. Just type 'Xbox Series X June Update.'

    Hi! Unfortunately, no new Backwards Compatible Games will be released until the new Xbox Series X releases. All BC work is now being done for the upcoming Xbox Series X. There is still no word if work on BC for Xbox One will be resumed after the release
    of the new console.

    Well two things

    One are you sure you bought it new ? Cause xbox one x hasnt been sold new since 2017 when they discontinued it

    You will have to take it up with the retailer and noone can do anyrhing about warranty because its no longer manufactured since the Ramp up to x series and s series which is why they discontinued it.

    The xbox one x wouldve been last sold new in 2017 as it was a popular item back then and anything after 2018 it shouldve been pulled from.the shelves by the retailer

    Manufacturers cant pull products only retailers from shelves

    That would be like asking a tv manufacturer to fix a tube tv in 2020

    Only thing new in 2020 is xbox one s

    There is little point in an x when the x series does more at the slightly higher cost.

    Will all Xbox 360 and Xbox Original games eventually be backwards compatible with Xbox One X?

    Just to point out, I see some people making the mistake of referring to the new Xbox Series X. This question is specifically for the Xbox One X, not the new console. I have no intention of buying the new Xbox Series X.

    It is worth of trade in old xbox one on the new series x because the series x are better than the xbox one.
