If Next-Gen Xbox comes out next year. This will come out sometime in October.

If you want to wait until the end of next year, I say that personally I could not stand it.

If you want to play right now, go to that Xbox One X.
Or One S, the games are on Xbox. Before there is a lot of new games on Next-Gen Xbox, it will also take some time.

I think when the Next-Gen Xbox comes out. So there will be 2 maybe 3 games for the new Xbox. And of course on the new Xbox, Xbox 360 games and Xbox ONE games will work.

I understand that you are not uneducated. But keep in mind that Both Sony and Microsoft are part of the HDMI forum, and both delayed production of the next gen consoles until the new gimped HDMI 2.0 (HDMI 1.4 *PLUS*) was finalized. That's no coincidence,
Sony and Microsoft surely said "No Way" after all the R&D spent on the next gen consoles, and Sony has a serious stake to lose in the display market if their new game console that's supposed to have a decade lifespan can't even take advantage of their own
TVs that are already on the market today.

Current HDMI 1.4 cables *ARE* HDMI 2.0 cables. HDMI 2.0 is just HDMI 1.4 pushed to the max. No New HDMI port needed, no new cables needed, just more bandwidth forced through it.

Scorpio is a next gen console.

A new next gen,maybe a new direction similar to smartphones or PC hardware/software.....

Also,since Microsoft wants to unify their service(s),there will be one service for different current and next gen platforms (smartphones,PCs,consoles,tablets).

Maybe the words "next gen" got no meaning anymore.
