New Xbox S - controller “A” button sticks

Very poor QC…I don’t want to take it apart, nor send it in. Totally sealed until I opened it today, Feel like MS should provide an advance replacement.

I’ll just return the entire unit. For credit, I don’t want to wait weeks to use it after purchasing new.

hihi, there so this is new and you just unpacked it? It may be because of dirt or dust, since it is new your controller should still be in warranty. You can send it in for repair.

there's no other way you can only send it in for repair thanks.
