new xbox one x, the controller allways disconnected

I bought my xbox one x yesterday and the controller can not stay connected to the console for more than 3 minutes.

I tried all Microsoft guides abut it and other people's solutions on the web.

It seems that is a big issue all over the world.

What to do?

Plug n Play chargers

Hi all,

Does anyone have a problem with plug n play chargers with the new Xbox one X contoller? They work in my old xbox one controller, but not in the New Xbox one X controller. It's the Orb charger. Any ideas,

Xbox One Controller Now Dropping Out

Yep Im another person where this happens. I've had 2 x New Xbox's, 2 x New Controllers, 2 x Xbox Stereo Adapters.

Problem still persists. I've tried everything.

I had a bad pair of eneloops batteries. If your like me and have dozens try them all. Solved my problem.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

So to start, every controller that I try with the Xbox have the same disconnection issue. I've checked every controller that I've tried for updates and they are all currently updates. I do use rechargeable batteries, but they are almost brand new, so they
should not need replaced. The controllers all work fine with my original Xbox One, with no disconnections at all, but when I use them with the X, they disconnect sometimes without a reason.
