New Xbox One X, Techical Support Plan Ends in 3 months?

The only support I get is that BOT and can't call Microsoft on my country cause its Saturday. I believe it's probably a 3 months service and it's just messed up on registration page..

Yes, and I even extended for 2 years more on the Electronics Stor (so 4 years, including fire, drop, water and theft insurance). My question is what this "Technical Support Plan" is and if its a typo/graphics error. I believe it's probably a 3 months service

Form where did your purchase your console? Is it from Microsoft Store or other local store. I'll suggest to contact the store as well just to ask why the plan shows to be for 3 months only.

Technical support is something different then warranty.

Yiu have warranty untill 2020 i see.
