    New Xbox One S - unable to download preview dashboard app


    I purchased an Xbox One S and let my nephew borrow my Xbox One 500GB, thinking I would just be able to download the Preview Dashboard app with my gamertag, but alas....I have been schooled like the old days. I saw that my new console needs to be registered
    for the Preview Program, but did not see a way tomdo so using my Microsoft account and don't have any old messages (saw you would be able to use the old message link to download it). Is there any way I to obtain the download link again?

    Unable to access Preview Program forums

    My Xbox One recently was updated with the New Xbox One Experience dashboard as part of the preview and I have since lost access to the Xbox Preview Dashboard app as it says "This app is for the Xbox Preview Program members only." I am also unable to access
    the preview program forums on the Xbox website as it reports back "Group not found".

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

    Same here, I've been In the preview dashboard beta signup for two years. I bought a new xbox one s, downloaded the insider hub app and enrolled this new xbox in the program. My old xbox received the new dashboard update. On my xbox one s I am receiving this
    error message.

    They have not fixed it for me I still have this issue.
