    New Xbox one s purchase


    Purchased new Xbox one s through the Microsoft store. Still have not received. but I saw a promotion for 50,000 rewards credits via purchase on my Xbox live rewards account, purchased the Xbox one s and sometime later realized I will not receive the points
    due to I was supposed to hit a button and that button reveal a code I'm supposed to enter in a promo code bar towards the end. Is there anyway I can get the points added to my account or do I need to return and repurchase or?

    Hi

    If it is the original Xbox One with the separate power supply (brick) then you will need to purchase a new power supply, If you own an Xbox One S or Xbox One X then you will just need to purchase a new power cable.

    As long as you made the purchase from microsoftstore.com and used the same email you use for the rewards program, the credits will show as pending about 15 business days after the console ships. There is no special button you have hit and the code is only
    to offset the price of expedited shipping.

    X/S is for Xbox Series S and Xbox Series X, these are the new gen consoles, a lot of new games are now being released on the newer consoles only, and that game is one of them. you will need to request a refund from your purchase history.

    The Xbox one Family consist of

    Xbox One

    Xbox One S

    Xbox One X

    these consoles are technically old and becoming obsolete.

    An xbox 360 s comes with a one year warranty starting on the date of purchase. Its possible to purchase extended warranties from either microsoft or the place of purchase. To have purchased one from microsoft, you would have had to have already registered
