    New Xbox one S, downloaded NBA2K17 and now it freezes every time I open it.


    When start the game it freezes on the screen with all of the NBA team logos. I have tried all the suggested trouble shooting methods to get it to work, with no success. Xbox support SUCKS they won't let me ask a question without entering my name, but the
    system grey's out the boxes for my name so I cannot enter it. Any one had this happen and how did you fix it? Thanks

    NBA2k17 won't work

    I have a xbox one s and downloaded nba2k17 onto the console through the disk. the game worked fine for the first 2 weeks.

    Now when I put the disk in it will show the first two screens and then it will freeze. The disk is clean. It was purchased brand new.

    What do I do to fix the situation?

    Need help

    I have an Xbox one S 500gb that I just bought and I re downloaded my acc onto it and I downloaded one of my favorite games called "Rocket League" and everytime I try to open the game it freezes and restarts my Xbox I've reinstalled the game 8 times and did
    a hard reset on my Xbox 5 times and it's still doing the same thing. I've tried everything and don't have a clue on what to do now.

    brand new games freezing

    For 3 months my xbox didn't freeze and now it freezes on my new games every time I turn them on! Sometimes the audio is playing and it freezes and other times it freezes on the same loading screen of a new game. Please help.

    Is anything being done to address the issue with Starfield constantly crashing on Xbox series X?

    I have the same issue since one month and we are the 3th of november 2023 now

    On serie S, Stafield is barely playable : for me, the game freeze or crashe every hours. I can see it happen in advance each time as when time progresses, menu are slower and slower to open until the game crashes or freezes . So it must be a problem of memory management or something like that, and it should be fixed. For now, I have to restart my xbox each time that makes the game not enjoyable at all

    I adressed this issue to Bethseda support one month ago and nothing happens. It is a shame. This is a so-called "next gen" game ?

    Would you buy a car that broke down every km and be told to reinstall the engine, wait for update in one year, or other stupid things that Bethseda offers us to solve the problem ? It is up to Bethseda to solve the issue. And quickly....
