New Xbox One S controller (white) is having issue with vibration sounding strange and loud

My wife had purchased me a new Xbox One S system and the controller has been working great but today its vibration back feed is loud and sounds like it has slowed down. it seems to be a mechanical (hardware) issue I really doubt its something that can be
fixed from settings or anything like that.

its only right under a month old (Christmas gift), so how can I get the controller replaced? this should be a standard warranty issue

my xbox one controller vibration is so loud it wakes people up in the next room please help it sounds dreadful

I deleted save file (I thought it might be corrupted) and started from the beginning - nope, still vibrations are far to strong..controller makes strange noises while vibrating, very loud noises.

Hello, I own two xbox one s controllers also, which both of them make a little noise when vibrating on higher level and that's frustrating when you're 100% silent.

I feel bad for the money I paid for this controllers while it shouldn't have this kind of problems ofc!

I have this issue on two totally different generation in controllers. The original and the Xbox one s white controller. It's not a hardware issue.
