    New xbox one controller too sensitive


    We just bought a new xbox one controller and immediately upon pairing it is incredibly sensitive. One tiny touch and it's 4 icons over. Both joysticks, directional pad, triggers, the bumpers... crazy fast. Help? Or just return it?

    Have 3 xbox controllers one is brand new wireless

    If the other two controllers are exact the same as this new one, maybe this new one is faulty and should be replaced.

    If it is another model/different controller than the other two, maybe its sensitivity is just way too high from factory. Usually games have sensitivity settings on Video settings > Video sensitivity, or camera sensitivity, or even look sensitivity.

    You cannot find this option on Tomb Raiders?

    i was under the impression that the controller update adjusted the sensitivity too.

    Its in the accessory app on Xbox. You can adjust settings there. If on a PC you need to install the Xbox accessories app in Windows 10. Good luck!

    Thanks for reaching out and for the replies. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the controller sensitivity. Sounds like you are working with a PC, we will need to troubleshoot the controller driver you installed. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling
    the driver?
