    Trying to figure out how to get these games downloaded. I have the original box model and serial number. Any idea on how I can get these games?

    A card with a downloadable game code should be in the box with the other Xbox One documentation. All digital games that come with console are like this. Was the Console open when you bought it? Or was it sealed. If opened by the retailer get in contact with
    them. If it was still factory sealed give xbox support a call.

    go to my games and apps on the home screen and scroll down to ready to install on the left side of the screen. Your games should be in there.

    Hi there,

    the games most likely came with the console as redeemable codes on leaflets inside the package. These codes would have to be redeemed.

    If the leaflets are lost then I'm afraid not much can be done.

    It will probably be a code that you have to redeem. Did you check in all of your paperwork and inserts that came in the Xbox One S box to look for a redeem code? You'll have to redeem the 2 week free trail yourself for the Game Pass to activate, if it

    any physical discs that came with addon dlc had a code in the box to redeem, if the code is not amongst any of the paperwork in the disc box then you need to contact the store you purchased from.

    If you bought a new console, there would be a code for the trial in the box the console came in. There may be a sleeve right when you open the box that has the trial.
