New Xbox License Transfer

So, I've got a new xbox as my previous one doesn't read discs. I've transferred my hard drive content and now I need to transfer licenses. However, due to me transferring my license to my previous console (from my first console) only a couple of months
ago, I have to wait until JULY! As you can imagine this is very impractical; so I was wondering if I can request a one-off, early license transfer?

Have you gotten a new Xbox recently?

If so, you will need to transfer your licenses to the new Xbox. Go to xbox.com/drm to transfer the licenses.

You need to license transfer your accounts license to your new Xbox.

 

i personally would expect them to deny it as it already was used, but you could give it a try on phone or Chat Support, if you can describe why it would be necessary maybe they can do something for you.

You would have to call support. Nobody in the forums can help with something like that. I'm pretty sure you can get them to do a one time early transfer due to your old console dying. Good luck!
