I know that Official Support is looking into this for you, but something caught my attention during this discussion. You stated in a couple of your posts that you didn't want to open and register the console without some confirmation of receiving the $75
as part of the promotion. However, the promotion information clearly states that you must activate the Xbox One as a home console by July 31st. If you did not open the console and activate it by that date then you haven't met the requirements to receive the
$75 from the promotion.

No you have to have an xbox 360 to use MS balance or a creditcard on the web marketplace or use it on the new marketplace in july 31st mind you only non delisted titles will be available
