    Hi,

    Every time, I play online head-to-head, my xbox will randomly shut off in the middle of the game. I have seen that this is a common issue and one that Microsoft has acknowledged. Does anyone know if there is an update on this yet? This is really frustrating and the problem seems to be getting worse. I have had no issue with Madden, COD, FIFA, or UFC, so I know this must be a problem with 2k22. Hopefully 2k22 resolves this soon.

    Update here, my Xbox is still crashing, Microsoft should be communicating more effectively with their customers. This is ridiculous don’t put out a game if it’s not ready… also scary that it completely powers down my Xbox, it doesn’t just send me to the Home Screen. I played four games in a row of Madden last night and had no problem, so it can’t be an overheating issue

Unfortunately, this problem with NBA 2K22 has been happening for weeks, according to user reports for some people the problem is not happening anymore, however people like you still report the existence of the problem, so we can say that this has been partially fixed. Microsoft has been working for weeks with 2K to fully fix this, when the problem is resolved they notified them through the website https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status and also through their Twitter profile https://twitter.com/XboxSupport

    - Hopefully, the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
