New Xbox controller shows warranty expired

NOTE: These options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support or connect to a live chat agent as contact options.

I try to submit a form but it says phone calls are not available for this issue. Only options available are virtual agent or connect to a gamer. If I call the customer care number it says to go on the site. So there is literally no way for me to contact support. Please help me contact a support agent.

In order to fix this, you will need to contact Microsoft Xbox Support as they have the tools that can adjust your controller's warranty. Please prepare your proof of purchase/receipt as a requirement. When you have your proof of purchase ready, contact support to update your warranty.

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours to update after it's been completed.

Here's how to contact support:

Go to Microsoft account | Devices and locate your device.

Select Info & Support and, if necessary, select Register to register the device and see coverage details.

On the row for Warranty claims, select Learn More.

Select Submit a request.

Provide information on the Warranty Support request form and select Submit.

Yeah as mentioned you will have to purchase a new controller since the warranty has expired.

That, unfortunately, didn't work either, And since my warranty has expired I'm thinking of getting a new controller but I'm worried that the issue will come back with the new controller also.
