New Xbox controller dirty inside box.

I purchased a bundle from Microsoft containing an extra controller. The controller is dirty inside the box. Which to me indicates it was used previously. I paid for a new controller. Will Microsoft do anything for me? How do I contact them about it. I tried using the contact us link but it doesn't allow me to speak to anyone....just the useless virtual agent.

I've always done my warranty stuff online. Through xbox.com never liked using the phone. Controller drift has been an on going issue with xbox controllers for sometime. Normally not right out of the box. Normally after they get a little dirty they tend
to not zero again.

It probably will be dirty inside and will need to be cleaned

How , exactly , can MS call a controller or a power brick an "accessory" ? are they not required to use the console? So their policy is brand new out of the box bad and the customer has to take their time and money to send it back......as a consumer (who
had to do this with his day one controller) this is the most low down dirty trick that has ever been played on me I think.
