    So I got a console ban from a new account I made. If I get a new Xbox with it get a console ban when connected to my network or if a friend brings their Xbox over will they get a console ban connecting to the network?

    how do u know if ur banned or not?

    it is my understanding the epic bans are "console bans." so you will need a new xbox and new gamertag to play.

    If you have been console banned, and if you buy a new console and recover your old GT on the new xbox, if you abide by the rules you will not be banned

    You are banned. All bans are permanent.

    If you wish to continue playing Gears 3, please purchase a new Xbox and a new profile.

    Transferring any content from your banned xbox and/or profiles will result in your new console being banned as well.

    Hi, the ban only affects the actual console that was banned, you could buy another xbox 360 or indeed the xbox one without risk of the ban carrying over to the new console.
