    new Xbox app is saying that i don't own the game


    Hi, i have bought Forza Horizon 4 a long time ago, i bought it with a different account than my Xbox account. i was doing fine and i achieved lots of trophies in the game, until the new Xbox app came, now the old application is saying that i have to download
    the new Xbox app, ok i download it, then it's saying that my accounts in (Microsoft store and Xbox) are not the same, do you to change it so they become one account or do you want to stay as it is, i said i want it as it is, now when ever i try to play FH4,
    a pop up appears and says that i don't own the game, error code(...................

    OK i tried to get the code but the game started

    something is wrong with the game/Xbox app, please fix that

    Hi there,

    If the game is owned on a different account then the one you are playing on, it will most likely not work on PC. I believe the only way to fix that is to play it on Xbox or on that account on PC.

    it wasn't a problem for almost 6 Months, i was playing ok, but suddenly when the new app launched, some bugs are reaching the surface

    the problem is i have already put almost 206 Hours into the game on the other account, so starting the game fresh is almost as heart breaking as buying the game again, not to mention is was Ultimate Edition
