New Xbox 1X

I purchased an Xbox 1X from Best Buy online for a christmas present for my grandson and after a month and a half, it will not turn on AT ALL! I am hoping that your manufacturers warranty will cover this since it isnt but a month and a half old! I need to
know how to return this defective Xbox and get another new one! Please HELP ME!

Hi, if the solutions don't work in the reply above it may be worth checking with shop/company you purchased it with as they may be able to exchange it instead of sending it in for service.

Please remove the power cord and put it back in. Make sure it is in far enough.
