    I am on Xbox One X 10.0.19041.2837

    Both on the dashboard via a box and in the guide it states that I have a message from Xbox Live but when I go to where the message should be there is nothing there, just the blurb about receiving one and that it would be in there.

    Reported via console also.

    Can't join a party chat streaming

    Once you start a XBL Stream it'll give a notification on your screen saying "Your Audio is included" this message will appear for anyone in the party if the message reads "Your Audio is Not Included" they'll need to hold the home button opening a pop up
    or changing the default setting.

    I would check the XBL server status first to see if theres someone going on with the communications. ThenI would try hard restarting your system.
    I have tried this but unfortunately they say that everything is fine when it doesn't appear to be the case. This is something all of my friends are experiencing. I believe this isn't just the Xbox, but the servers. I hope this gets more reports so they can
    fix it.
