    New Verizon Quantum DVR Not Recognized (**** VMS1100)


    I just bought a new house and switched to Verizon FIOS with the new Quantum DVR service. The new box is made by ****. Model number is VMS1100. I found a previous thread concerning another **** box not showing up as an option and Studbucket33 answered with
    a list of codes. I am going to try out the codes but I wanted to inform MS of this issue.

    Entire TV screen picture is grayed out after "xbox on"

    I'm having the exact same issue. Just did a hard reset so I will see if that fixes it. if not, I will update this thread with any info I have..
