    New Vegas DLC is installed but Won't Show Active


    I have New Vegas Ultimate Edition. The DLC shows it is installed on my Series X in the storage menus, but won't show as downloaded in game. I have cleared everything and re-download everything off of an external backup I made, as neither of the discs would allow any combinations of the DLC to be re-downloaded without buying them from the store. I tried the same on my One X and 360, with only the 360 E having the correct success. However, none of this translated to being able to play properly on my Series X. The game refuses to show that I have the DLCs downloaded, despite the MS store itself showing different. Everything worked fine last week but now the game has decided it only wants to show the Couriers Stash. Was there a newsletter I missed where MS has locked the Ultimate DLCs for any system past the 360? Anyone having a similar issue? Any help would be appreciated!

    Awesome! Just clearing the local 360 storage did the trick? The DLC's appeared on both consoles? Xbox Series X and One X? Great, I'm glad it worked. :)

    So, even tho the DLCs are installed, on your Series X and One X, they are not been displayed on the game, and can't access in-game the content, is that right?

    This happened with another 360 game title on the consoles? Or just with new vegas?

    That's really odd, well since you tried all the recommended procedures, and those did not work, I believe might be a compatibility issue with the game's DLC's. :/

    I FIGURED IT OUT. You have to go into settings, manage storage devices, fhen clear local Xbox 360 storage. This only works if you already have all the DLCs and everything previously installed. Thanks again man! I really appreciate going with me on the ride lol

    What do you mean? Like unpluhging them and plugging back in? Checking for any updates, disconnecting from internet and trying offline? Unfortunately yes. I spent about 4 hours trying to do everything I could fathom to try and bring the game/consoles to life.
