New Update Messed Up My Xbox One S. System Error: E100 00000701 8007045D

My xbox no longer works after the new update, and they want me to pay $160 to fix it. Does anyone have any solutions to prevent giving them money for a problem they created. I don't want to switch to Sony.

Here's my problem

Every time I turn on my Xbox one I get an E100 error (E100 0000070D 8B050001 to be exact) I have tried both of the offline system update files but here's where it gets interesting, when I try to do OSU2 I don't get an E100 error, I get an E101 error. Any
ideas, help or suggestions?

Have you tried doing a factory reset on the console? There should be an option to do this if you see the E100 error. Also, if you're in the preview program you should head over to this site Xbox Insiders
to see what others are saying about the latest update.

If you’ve received error code 0x8007045d or 8007045d, it means that an error occurred either during a system update, or while you were downloading your profile. If you received this error during a console system update or console setup, see Troubleshoot system updates on Xbox One.

If you were trying to download your profile, try checking the Xbox status, power cycling your console, testing your network connection, and clearing your system cache. If these don’t work, delete and then redownload your profile.
