New update is forcing password change, this service isn't available right now

title pretty much says it. I did the update, cant sign into my Xbox account because it requires me to reset my password, i had to download Microsoft authenticator. when i reset the password i get a red notification that says this service isn't available right now, not sure how password reset isn't available. i tried on the Xbox, on my phone, and on my PC.

is anyone else having issues?

Been happening for a few days now though!!

Please wait for the
Xbox Live Services to be up and running, and then sign in to the Games App again.

Im having the same issue. Why do i have to pay for a service that doesnt work when i want to use it?! Pay for $100 game and cant play it because its purchased content and the servers are down.
