    hi since the last xbox one console up date my download speed on the xbox wont go past 0.72mbps even when hardwired and portforwarding but on my pc and ps4 all still work at 52mbps. i have talked to a few friends and the are having the same problems??????

    NEW console update

    just got it as well, there was 2 downloads after reboots and took forever compared to most XBL downloads aswell. close to 5 minutes total

    Thanks for coming to the forums. There is a known upcoming issue regarding the error 0x80072f8f. We recommend to request a call from support so they may gather information on the issue.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Hardware & Network
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue select accessory isn't working right hit next

      Step 4 ----select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
