New Undeletable Games

Just the other day, I noticed I had some new unusual games. They were, Kinect Joy Ride Demo, Dance Central Demo, and Zumba Fitness Demo (coincidentally all Kinect games.) I didn't know how they got there, so I looked through my download history, and they
weren't there. I didn't want them, so I tried to delete them; there was no option. Zumba Fitness is beyond the Family Safety regulations, and Kinect Joy Ride is a duplicate. Please tell me what is happening!

How do i delete the new xbox-live Beta Program 2013?

I believe the Beta is undeletable,but the msp should be just converted into your local currency not gone.

Can you still sign in? If so, your account has not been hacked. Undeletable messages happen to everyone at times, they'll be deletable eventually. All you can do is report him, and maybe reset your router.

 

Delete multiple games from your hard drive

Hey there, so did you try and delete them using the steps below?

1.Go to the Settings hub and choose System.

2.Select Storage.

3.Select Hard Drive.

4.Select Games.

5.Select the game that you want to delete.

6.Select Delete

Also I'm not sure what you mean about it being beyond family safety regulations? Are you using a child account?

 

First of all, no, that doesn't help, I tried it before. Secondly, yes, I am using a child account.

 

The only other thing I can think of is your content settings are stopping the child account from actually deleting the content, have you tried with the adult account?

I can delete other games, just not those.
