New UI is TERRIBLE so I canceled my Ultimate Pass

When you bought Ultimate, it converted your remaining Game Pass to Ultimate as well. So cancelling Ultimate cancelled everything. In order to go back, you'd have to purchase a new subscription.

It sounds like you bought Game Pass Ultimate. Ultimate includes Gold as well as Game Pass, so when you purchased it, the Gold you had would have been cancelled and upgraded to Ultimate. So cancelling Ultimate cancels everything. You can try contacting

Did you purchase Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate? If it was Game Pass Ultimate, the remaining gold you had would have been cancelled and converted to Ultimate since Ultimate includes gold (so you would have had the remaining 12 months plus the amount of
Ultimate you purchased). So cancelling Ultimate would have cancelled everything.

Contacting support is not normally like this. It's due to everything going on in the world right now.

You would have to purchase a new subscription. When you bought the Game Pass Ultimate, it would have cancelled converted the remainder of your Gold to Ultimate as well, which would have given you about 7 months of Game Pass Ultimate. As stated when you bought the Ultimate, any Gold that was converted could not be reverted, so cancelling instead of turning off auto-renewal, cancels everything.
