New TV blank screen for xbox one (tried resets, power offs, cable changes)

Hi. I have had an xbox one since 2019. We got a new TV but the picture doesn't display on it at all. We have tried restarting, changing cables, reset. Nothing seems to work.

I tried contact support few months ago but the issue never got resolves so we gave up an carried on with our old tv with loads of pixels missing

But the old tv is worse an we need to move to the new one soon but nothing seems to make the picture appear so hoping find someone with similar issue who might know how to fix it

Hiya no such luck with those

The bush company suggested 2 things but they didn't help an yeah tried different ports an cables

Have you tried something else in the port?

Have you tried calling support for the TV?

As I said in my original post, I tried different cables, different tv, and the reset method described. I reviewed the blank screen troubleshooter. Nothing has changed the status and as of today, the xbox one continues to display the splash screen and then
go black and silent.

If you're saying that rebooting brings you to a black screen, then the "Reset your display settings" under "Your screen is blank after you power on the console" should get your video back. You will have to change the resolution back to your desired setting
after (1080p or 720p).

Confirm that both your TV and Xbox One console are powered on.

Check that your TV is set to the proper input signal (HDMI).

Check that the HDMI cable connection to your console is secure.

Check that the HDMI cable connection to your TV is secure.

Reset your display settings. Here's how:

If there’s a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console.

Note This will boot your console in a low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset these settings again, press the Menu button, select Settings, and then select Display & sound.

Try plugging the HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try using a different HDMI cable to connect your console to your TV.

Try connecting your console to a different TV.

All black screen here for me. No matter what I tried, nothing helps. Different hdmi cables, different inputs on my TV, I even tried the blank screen Xbox reset I found around here somewhere. Thankfully Amazon is replacing mine with a new one.
