    hi im new to xbox live first time iv ordered my 12 month and its not due to *** till the 30th and I was just wondering if someone could help me out with a free 48 hour trial hope I got it right I know most people will judge me on this you are entitled to

    Faulty kinect and now console in the first 2 weeks of ownership!

    Just got mine back. Is a completely new console so would presume yours will be too.

    Didn't get any free games with it, just a one month xbox live code.

    Usually these codes found in game boxes are for new players to Xbox Live. Past or existing members of Xbox live can't use them unless you create a new gamertag. Read the fine print on the card.

    promo codes for games not working with 16 digits or less?

    All Xbox codes are 25 digits not just new ones

    However promotional codes that are lrss then 25 aren't redeemed on Xbox live usually you follow the instructions to a certain website to redeem the codes
