New things added to the guide,(Circled below) Gamerscore on top left and when you open...

If you entered the code either on xbox.com or on your console (press the guide button scroll to left and select Redeem Code) and did not get an error message then the card should have worked.

A good way to see if the points have been added. Scroll to the top of this page and you will see your gamer picture on the top left. To the right of that is some account information including how many MS Points you currently have (right underneath the
gamerscore).

I am around 14.5k gamerscore below master, but they added in a new one at least. Something to work towards.

Same thing has been happening to me since end of September. My gamerscore is going up on my console and achievements are being unlocked; however, when I look online it still has not added up the gamerscore points from end of September. It shows the achievements
unlocked online and on the console, just not adding my score up on xbox.com... Any suggestions and will this be fixed soon. And when it is fixed, I am going to have to do the achievements again?

My gamerscore on my console is 54048 and as you can see my Live card on the left, it is still showing me at 54008.

To fix this, you can delete the profile, then add it back again using the steps below:

1. Press Xbox button to open guide
2. Select System
3. Select Settings
4. Select Account
5. Select Remove Accounts
6. Select the account you want to remove, then select Remove

Once you remove the account, download the profile again

1. Press Xbox button to open guide
2. Choose your gamerpic on the top left corner of the screen
3. Go down and select Add new
4. Type the email address and password for your Microsoft account (the one you removed)

When you enter them, it will show you a list of codes and such. Look at the top left and it should have a green box for adding your GT.
